Quinceanera

Bonnie and Nate are both taking Spanish in school.  The director of the Spanish department held a Quinceanera for all of the Spanish students to help them understand a bit of the Spanish culture.  Both Nate and Bonnie were not thrilled with the idea of having to dance with somebody, and tried to avoid any pictural evidence that they had done so, but Ben got a few pictures none-the-less.

Nate with a group of friends

Bonnie changing her shoes to heels.  Apparently this is an important part of the Quinceanera and a girl turning into a young woman.

Bonnie, very suddenly not dancing with Weston, a boy in her class.

Nate dancing with McKenzie, a girl in his class.  He didn't see Dad with the camera soon enough to back away from the girl.

Good experience Nate and Bonnie. In a couple of years you won't need an excuse to dance. We're glad you had such a great experience. Love ya, Grandma & Grandpa
