Okay, so I was debating whether or not to post these next pictures, because really I don't want you all to see the before pictures, but the truth is if you don't see the before pictures you really cannot appreciate my week-long project. I also wasn't going to post them because Ben may look at this and then I won't get to enjoy the happy face when he sees the results. But here you go anyway, I am sure seeing it in person when he gets home will be almost as good.
So our bedroom is kind of a dumping ground for all of the stuff we don't know what to do with, mostly because nobody ever sees our room. As a result at the end of the day I have to clean off my bed before I can get in it to sleep and then I don't feel very relaxed when I look at the piles of stuff facing me. I decided that I wanted our room to be more of a haven that we can relax in, instead of being faced with all the unfinished stuff from the rest of the day.

Way to go Lamoreaux (all said in a chanting sing songy way) Teri that is awesome. You Rock!!
i know how much hard work went into that renovation. it looks awesome teri. ben is so lucky to have you. how sweet of him to send flowers. you two are so cute.
WOW! I love that clean feeling. I am glad to see that someone else struggles to keep a "perfect" house! Ben will be so surprised!
Oooooo, lovely! I need to do this desperately.
I swear we have the exact same room but have no energy to fix it. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one.
Did you decide to do that stripe around the top of the room? I can't wait to see it when the painting is finished and everything is hung and situated just perfect. You definately have to post an "after" pic when it's ALL done!
WOW! That is the cleanest room i've ever seen. Including MY room. I know, hard to picture my room messy =) I also took some pictures of my room when Dad made us clean it by threatening to come in and throw everything away. I will have to post those pictures. Though i didn't take any pictures of the room messy (it's too embarassing)
